Let's Play Ball!

Fees & Required Documentation

Fees

Player fees  will vary per season, based upon uniforms and umpire costs.  Scholarships are available upon request.  Due to Little League requirements, all families must demonstrate that their player(s) are eligible for tournament play.  To that end, if your player is selected to an All-Star team, you will be required to provide the following documentation at the mandatory player/parent meeting which is usually held just after teams are announced. There is a very quick turnaround from the time the regular season ends to the first practice of All-Stars, typically around June 1st.

Documentation

1. School Enrollment Form
If your player has played on a South Burlington All-Star team in the past, they do not need to complete this form until 6th grade, when they transition to FHT Middle School. Otherwise, new players must complete the first section of the School Enrollment Form, verifying their address and school attendance.

The All-Star Coordinator will work with the School Principals to get these forms signed.

2. An Original Certified Birth Certificate.
This is a new 2026 Little League rule. Families who potentially think they might be interested in participating in All-Stars should start the process of retrieving an original copy of their player's birth certificate. All-Star Managers will have these documents for tournament verification with East Region and will return promptly to you.

3. Medical Release Form
This includes all medical related information regarding your player. This form stays in the All-Star binder and travels to every All-Star game.
