SOUTH BURLINGTON LEGION & BABE RUTH BASEBALLLittle League is so much more than just learning how to catch a pop fly or swing a bat. For a young player, it’s where lifelong friendships are forged, confidence is built, and crucial life lessons—like handling a tough loss, working as a team, and respecting opponents—are learned in the field and in the dugout. It creates a foundational community that shapes who a kid becomes both on and off the field.
But the love for the game doesn't have to end when a player hits that milestone league age 12.
Transitioning into the Babe Ruth League offers the perfect next step. Designed specifically for players aging out of Little League, Babe Ruth baseball moves kids up to standard, full-sized fields and introduces advanced strategies. It keeps the competitive spirit alive while ensuring that the camaraderie, growth, and pure joy of playing baseball continue right into their teenage years. It’s not just a new league; it’s the next chapter in a player's baseball journey.
